Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
We offer 48-hour delivery to the UK as a standard service and the delivery charge is £5.00 per box of up to 20kg.
A 24-hour (Next Day) service is also available upon request at a price of £10 per box of up to 20kg. Please let us know in the notes section when making the order if you require this service.
We aim to process orders within 2 working days. However, sometimes deliveries may take longer. International deliveries take approximately 5-7 days on average to arrive.
A signature is required for all deliveries.

Exchange and Refund Policy
At An Nasihah Publications we strive to serve our customers and keep them happy at all times.
If after purchasing any products from us, you find that you do not need them anymore or that you need to exchange the product(s), we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange the products as long as:
- The products are not used or damaged
- An Nasihah Publications is notified about the decision within 28 days of receiving the delivery via email quoting the reference number
- The products are returned within 7 days of sending the email.
We will process the refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving the products in sha Allah. The customer will be liable for returning the products and covering the cost of doing so.
If any of the products returned to us are damaged upon arrival, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Please note refunds will be the total of the value of goods returned. Postage costs paid when the order was placed is non-refundable. All postage costs incurred when placing the order or returning your unwanted items are non-refundable.

Damaged Products
It is an unfortunate reality that at times products can get damaged in transit. If you receive any damaged products, you must notify us via email within 3 days of receiving the delivery. Please quote your reference number in the email. We will be happy to send you a replacement for damaged products. You may be asked to send the products back and the cost of this will be paid by An Nasihah Publications.
